Chef, Bob van Bemmel, of restaurant Catch (Simonis Scheveningen) designed the catering for the Sail on Scheveningen event.
He will surprise you with a varied menu consisting of locally caught fish, meat, vegetables and salads. Think of dishes such as; tuna sataki with quacemole and oyster sauce, dorade fillet with coarse ratatouille and lobster sauce, beef stew with silver onions and couscous salad with tomato and feta.
For both fish- and meat-lovers and vegetarians the menu will be interesting.
